1. Delivery and Shipping Information
All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 2–5 working days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are shipped nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service schedules. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
2. Shipping Rates
Eva Scrubs uses a flat-rate delivery fee for all standard orders.
This rate may be adjusted periodically in line with courier price increases or operational costs. Updated rates will always be displayed at checkout before payment.
Please note:

Deliveries are only made to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes).

Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions.

Free delivery promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly communicated on our website or social media.
3. Order Processing and Confirmation
Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed through Yoco, we will begin processing your order.
Please ensure that all delivery details (address and contact number) are correct when placing your order — Eva Scrubs cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Eva Scrubs purchase!
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

The item has not been personalized, altered, or worn.

Proof of purchase is provided.
Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items (see below).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [info@evascrubs.co.za] and attaching clear photos of the issue.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund once the returned item has been received and inspected. Eva Scrubs will cover the return courier costs in this case.
Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer is not considered a manufacturing fault.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Yoco) within 7–10 working days once the returned goods have been received and approved.
7. Cancellations and Exchanges
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, the order will need to follow the standard return procedure.
8. Liability and Responsibility or Incorrect Items
Once your parcel has been handed over to The Courier Guy, Eva Scrubs is not responsible for delays, loss, or theftduring transit. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any courier-related issues to the best of our ability.
9. Updates to This Policy
Eva Scrubs reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy and Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page, with the updated effective date.
